Can I cancel at anytime?
You can reach out to our support team to cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions expire at the end of the billing cycle.
Due to the proprietary nature of the items in your AMP account, refunds for subscriptions, account setup services, custom system setup, or premium system templates will not be provided. All sales are final.
Will I lose my reviews if I cancel my subscription?
No, reviews you collect through AMP Review will not be lost if you cancel your subscription. Since reviews are left on websites you specify, like Google or Facebook, they stay with you even if you cancel your subscription.
I have multiple locations under one Google My Business account; am I able to select a location?
Yes, when we connect your GMB account, we will ask you which location you would like to connect to.
Are there additional fees?
The monthly subscription covers your sending review requests and the automated AI responses for 200 customers per month.
The only other fee that may be charged is if you need to send more than 200 requests per month. The charge is $20 for each additional 50 requests sent in a month.
Can I change my plan?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime by submitting by contacting support.
What number is used to send SMS requests?
SMS requests are sent from a new number that we will obtain and assign to you.
Network carries require business verification to send SMS review requests. We will collect the needed information from you during our Onboarding Call and handle the verification process.
Please note that the SMS verification can take 7 - 10 days to be approved. During that time we can send requests via email only or wait until the SMS is approved. That is a decision we will make during the Onboarding Call.
What websites can I request reviews for?
You can request reviews for any website you choose. We will just need a custom link to any website where you receive reviews beyond Google and Facebook.
The automated AI generated replying to reviews from the AMP Review platform is only supported for Google and Facebook.
