Frequently Asked Questions

Are there additional fees?

The monthly subscription covers your access to the platform and allows for you to have unlimited users within it. The only other fee that may be charged is for usage of SMS & email. However, these charges are minimal just $10 dollars will give you about 3,500 emails or 315 text messages. Unless you are running extremely large marketing campaigns, that amount is sufficient for most small businesses.

Plus, we also provide you with complimentary credits to get your started.

Can I cancel at anytime?

You can reach out to our support team to cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that should you cancel your subscription, any and all assets in your account will no longer be usable or accessible, and your contacts will be deleted from the system to ensure privacy standards. You will be provided a CSV export of contact details upon request.

Due to the proprietary nature of the items in your AMP account, refunds for subscriptions, account setup services, custom system setup, or premium system templates will not be provided. All sales are final.

Can I change my plan?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime by reaching submitting a support ticket or accessing the billing portal from inside your AMP account.

What will the onboarding experience be like?

We pride ourselves on getting new users immersed in the software as quickly as possible.

Once you sign up and your new account credentials are sent to you, you will be greeted with a series of videos to get you started and we will schedule an onboarding call to get you started.

Your hand will be held through the entire process of learning to use the AMP platform. There's a lot to learn, so we don't want to overwhelm you. You've got this!

The fastest way to get your account ready to go is for your to skip the set-up and have our team do it for you. You can chose this option when you sign-up initially or at anytime in the future. The basic account set-up is a one-time charge of $347.
